Our company started the nursery sector in 1990 with Akduman Nursery, which is our sister company, using the stagnant eye vaccine system in Walnut on 5 Decar of land in Sahil Yenice region of Bandırma/Balikesir. During the following period, we have developed our product range, not only Walnut saplings but fruit, almond, hazelnut, olive, etc.
"SEYAK Olive Oil" products, which are completely our own brand on our site. Seyak is an olive oil producer. All of our olive oil products are natural, ie natural extra virgin olive oil. We process the olives that we gather from the regions of our country that come to mind when it comes to olives such as Gemlik, Ayvalık, Edremit, with cold pressing method and present them with the options of early harvest olive oil and ripe harvest olive oil.
Cleaning olives is very important, especially in terms of oil quality and safety of the equipment used. For this, olives are first washed in an automatic washing machine and cleaned from elements such as insects, leaves, branches, stones and soil.
The cleaned olives are transported to the crusher by an automatic carrier. (While classical mills are made of granite stone mills, in Continuous Systems, metal crushers are used due to their automation.) The crusher turns the incoming olives into dough.
Olive pulp from the crusher is kneaded in a system called malaxer for 20 minutes at 20-25 ° C for "maximum" 90 minutes. This process allows the oil to be separated from the cells and to achieve a consistency that will allow the olive paste to be extracted from the olive oil.
After the olive pulp has reached the separation consistency, it is delivered from the malaxer to the decanter. The decanter separates the phases (blackwater), pulp (pirina) and oil in this pulp by centrifuge technique. Water and pomace are sent to their own warehouse. the olive oil that comes out is delivered to the separator. Here, as a finishing process, the olive particles are separated and filtered by centrifuge. The produced olive oils are transferred to special chrome tanks and preserved.
